About Kewan
Kewan holds a master’s degree in sports media in 2019.
He is studying for a doctorate in media.
He started to work at 19 years old by joining (zoom news) website for which he worked as a reporter and sports instructor, then he started to present a sports program (Msh kora we bas).
Then he joined the (honest) channel.
Ahmed Kewan started the training in Al-Nahar channel, then, he worked as reporter in the channel and prepared for one of the most important sports programs in the channel, the program (Korah kol Yom – Hasad Al-Nahar). Sports events to cover, such as the final of the African Champions League (Zamalek and Sun Downs).
He was nominated to work on Al-Mehwar channel as a presenter for the “Spot-on Sport program”. After a short period, he became the chief editor of the program. He won the award for the best and youngest editor-in-chief in Egypt at 22 years old.
He was nominated for the Abu Dhabi Sports Channel, and his first coverage inside the channel was a huge event such as the UAE Super Cup match between Al-Ahly and Al-Jazira at the Air Defense Stadium.
in addition to his work in many programs within Abu Dhabi channel, he covered many sporting events in the world such as (Rudi Olympics). Janeiro – The Arab Championship inside Egypt – The Spanish Super Cup between Real Madrid and Barcelona – Sheikh Zayed Marathon for 7 copies in a row – and the Lapeldors Cup between the champions of Argentina and Brazil)
he worked for Al-Ahly Club as a correspondent for the channel for a year.
He began a new experience with the first appearance of the Zamalek channel.
Kewan covered (the African Confederation Championship – Egypt Cup – the Egyptian Super Cup in the Emirates – the African Super – the Egyptian General League).
Ahmed Kewan began teaching as a lecturer and expert at Misr University for Science and Technology in 2020
Then Ahmed Kewan worked as a media advisor to the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates and a member of the Media Center of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
In 2018, he decided to establish a football academy (juniors) to train and teach children football and qualify them for their presence in the biggest clubs in Egypt.
In 2023, Ahmed Kewan decided to establish a media services company under the name (La Vitesse). In the Arab world, it markets campaigns on social media platforms.
